laparoscopy and pregnancy?

Has anyone had to do a laparoscopy? Did it help after to get pregnant and what are the surgery procedures during a laparoscopy?

Answer

I had one in October 2016 they removed scarring from a previous MC and some Endo. They then put me on Femara to help make mature eggs. I ended up not ovulating on the meds but ovulating the month that I stopped taking them. I got a positive opk in January & a positive pregnancy test  in February. I'm 19 weeks today with a baby boy💙.  So I would say that I had a good experience with the procedure I got pregnant 2-3 months later.
