Breast pump advice please!

I have the option of the Medela Pump and Style Advanced or the Spectra S2. What are the pros and cons? Which is better for a first time mom? I have Tricare prime so if you have that as well, what was included for you and how did you go about getting your pump? Thanks!

I got medela . It comes e with 6 bottles . 300 storage bags and can always get more .  I also have tricare prime .

I went with the spectra 2, it's been effective and it's pretty quiet. I have tricare as well. Everything was covered and 6-8 wks after birth you can order another accessories kit. I used the breastfeeding shop online
