Cycle day 48

Here I am at cycle day 48 😖. Last time I tested was last Monday faint lines then tried again the next day and got nothing. I haven't even been tempted to test for a week now. I finally have a doctors appointment tomorrow and I am so ready to know what's up! I've never had my cycle be longer than 30 days in the 9-10 years that I have payed attention to my cycle. I plan on taking a test tomorrow morning before my appointment but I'm not sure that I want to! I'm just worried that something is wrong with me health wise after I just got past dealing with Lymes disease in 2015-2016. Please send good vibes! I am okay with not being pregnant this month at this point if that's the case. Just worried about my own health!
