Quick question

I have recently gotten the implant about 2 weeks ago and my Dr said to continue taking the pill for 7 days to give the implant time to work and me my Fiance had sex about 3 or 4 days after me getting it. I didn't miss a pill within that week. Is there anyway I could be pregnant?

I think I'm ok, just want to be 100% sure
