So me and my bf love to have sex but we have a bit of an issue. He's a big guy (no I don't mean fat) and I'm a small girl who isn't flexible. Is there any positions we can do besides from behind?

Personally I'm 6'11/2.10m
So I know what it feels like. However, there should be some possible ways. For instance, if he's as big a guy as I'm imagining, he could probably carry you, and hold you in your legs while you hold on to his neck.
Otherwise, try being on top, this may help.

You could try being on top. With you on top you can control depth of penetration and speed, plus the extra clit stimulation is always nice!

You could also try both of you laying on your sides (facing the same direction) with him entering from behind you. Usually this position can limit his penetration with how high or low you hold your leg.

Missionary is sometimes a good choice because you can rotate your hips and help limit depth of penetration.
