We welcomed our baby James Alexander today at 11:06 am! He weighs 8.8 lbs and is 20 in long. We were induced early this morning at midnight, and the doctor came in to break my water around 8:00. After some pretty crazy contractions, I was given an epidural, and gave birth two hours later. We didn't expect him to be ready so soon, but we're glad he was!
