Ok guys I have a question. I have stopped my birth control and had my withdrawal bleed. I was due for my first actual period after my withdrawal bleed and it didn't come. 12 days late now I started light brown to clear to light pink spotting for 3 days. During this time 100% thought I was preggo. I had nausea, dizziness, increased hunger with belly rumbles. And then out of no where intense cramps and red blood. The cramps were only for one day. Then I bled for 2 days and it stopped. Has anyone had this happen when coming off the pill? I seriously thought I was preggo. Still havnt retested because everyone online says IB is not red but I've also heard people mistake IB for period. Just curious people's take on this. My normal periods by the way are never spotty and are 5-6 days long medium flow. Please let me know input on this. Thanks guys.
