I am losing my mind!!!

After AF(4/10-4/15) kept testing to see when I would ovulate and nothing so I gave up. Then one day I come home from work and see the box and just decide to test & it was positive(5/11)!!! We BD the next morning with preseed and we BD every other day before that!!! Now 5/22 and my boobs are killing me! My nipples are on fire! And my Areola are getting darker and bigger! I am tired all day! Light very light cramping! Headache more then the usual! And pressure on my lower belly near vagina and that's when I know it's time to go pee which I've been doing a lot of lately! &&& I get constipated. There is no sign of AF!!! Usually I can smell it because there's a smell to it but nothing!!! All test are coming out negative! I had scheduled an OB appointment way before I got the positive ovulation test & that's this Wednesday &&& I am freaking out!!! I really hope this is finally it our rainbow baby 😍 but I have a feeling it's all in my head and I'll just end up disappointed!!!💔😢 has anyone gone through this? If so what happened? please pray for me 🙏 and send baby dust my way💕
