yeast infection

Ok so it started Thursday night... Friday I got Diflucan for it and I've completed drinking the pills. I'm still on the 7 day monistat thought and yesterday I started spotting. Today theres a bit more blood and I'm concerned. I went to the doctor today but my doctor wouldn't look in my vagina because I had put the cream last night and she said it would still be up there so she wouldn't be able to see clearly 🙄.. she's going to see me once I'm done with the monistat. She gave me no explanation for the blood. Has this happened to anybody while getting treated for a yeast infection?
