I'm a little over 2 months postpartum and still experiencing swelling in both my hands and feet/legs. It was finally beginning to ease up enough that I could wear different shoes (I had been wearing the same pair of worn out, beat down flats since leaving the hospital) and my wedding ring. But now the hot weather has started, it was 100° yesterday and the swelling is getting bad again and I feel as though I've gone backwards several weeks. It's very frustrating, painful, and uncomfortable. I've bumped up my liquids again and am hoping that will help. Just needed to vent a little bit.
