Both, actually. I have private insurance but also qualified for preggo lady Medicaid. My obgyn doesn't take Medicaid though, but the hospital does. So I still have to pay my deductible and such at my ob, but the birth will be covered, and his care will be for the first month. He might end up qualifying for Medicaid himself, though.

I have both private insurance under my parents and I got Medicare so I can add my son to it so he can have insurance as well

I don't have insurance, we make too much money for state help, not enough money to qualified for Obamacare care.. So we are left to have to buy private or work... my husband's work would cost us $1030 a month for the family private is about $900 a month... nope I'm not paying that shit.
