Epidural or Natural?

Lauren
I've been doing a lot of reading and research on both natural and epidural births and I really can't decide what I want to do. I have a pretty high pain tolerance, I've had kidney stones, donated a kidney, and had an ectopic pregnancy where my tube exploded and had 4pints of blood removed from my stomach and half my tube removed, I think I could probably handle natural birth. I've heard horror stories of women having pitocin to speed up labor which causes more drawn out contractions, epidurals causing more back problems later, and all of this cause distress for the baby resulting in c-sections that could have been avoided. All of this is just freaking me out. Next week I'll be in my 3rd trimester. I'm going to have to plan out what I want to do when it comes time to have my baby. I want it to be as natural as possible. Ladies, if you can share your birth stories with me and give me some advice I'd appreciate it!
