husband rarley ejaculates

My husband and I have been TTC for a while, one issue he have is that he rarely ejaculates inside of me. He makes excuses like he's too tired, or he's not feeling it anymore. When we have sex, he normally will get me off pretty quickly but then it's almost a chore to get him off. We had this problem before we were married but I had figured that he was just scared to get me pregnant. He ejaculates just fine when I give him a hand job or bj but it just seems like he's not interested or not into it when we have sex. Is there anything I could do to fix this issue. We are going on two years or marriage and TTC.
