When your S/O watches porn does it make you feel unattractive?

The other day my S/O wanted to BD again so I could finish but instead of just looking at me or letting my ''help'' he pulled up some porn and within 2-5 minutes he was ready again. At the time it didn't really bother me but then I started to feel self-conscious and I already have low self-esteem so it made me feel like I wasn't good enough and then I dug into some sites about how porn effects relationships and a majority of the results are bad. What're your thoughts?
