Is it unhealthy to bathe/swim on your period?

I don't use tampons, so I couldn't pop one in then bathe.

It's unhealthy and gross to others if you swim without a tampon. If you don't like tampons then don't swim. If you want to swim then wear a tampon. Bathing on the other hand that's just you, so your preference. But please respect others when it comes to swimming

Bathing is fine without a toon? That's a personal preference. However swimming is a hard no without a tampon. Swimming with a pad you may as well have not worn anything at all, the blood that's supposed to get onto the pad, would just rinse off into the pool.
