Any tips on how to get rid of a headache brought on by pms? I get severe, pounding headaches that nothing, such as ibuprofen, touches. It interferes with my vision sometimes and sounds can just be unbearable. It's pretty much like a migraine but not as severe. If you have any tips or advice it'd be very much appreciated!
