Saying mama at 6 months old?!

I didn't think it was possible but today my daughter said mama for the first time when my cousin was telling her to say it! I couldn't believe it. I even got it on video. Anyone else's baby starting to talk this early?

Yeah that's usually the first string of consonants they learn. So they're not really saying it because they know what it means, just another fun sound to them, but it is so adorable😭

Mine says it when she wants me. If my husband is holding her she'll cry and say it and stare at me until I pick her up. Other times she babbles but doesn't say it

Awe that would seriously melt my heart! Mine says "mum mum mum mum" and crawls over when she wants me, but it's not 'mama' just yet! That's seriously the cutest thing 😆

Mine started with dad first. Broke my heart. But we just went through 6 month sleep regression and she learned how to say mom then lol. Dad is still her favorite

Baby said dada at 5 months exactly. He's almost 6 months and it's still his only word. Every time daddy talks or walks in the room it's "dadadadada" 😂 still no mama 😡
