Ive had anxiety pre-pregnancy and it was bad in my 2nd trimester. I worried about everything and i have issues with wanting everything to be perfect and i want to know whts to expect b4 it happens. Im now in my 3rd trimester and indnt worry as much. I see a therapist twice a mth, yoga bcz deep breathing def helps and if its bad ill call at least 3 people and get everything off my chest and brain until im so over worrying and talking about it. Once a mth i have crying spells and breakdown but ive learned to accept it and let it pass bcz its nothing i can do. Anxiety is mostly thoughts in ur head. If you can find a way to release those thoughts you will be ok.

I have severe anxiety that comes in forms of a lot of different phobias for example I will not take any medicine besides ibproufin/Advil etc and I also have a fear of throwing up. I'm not sure why or when it all started but one of the things I do during an anxiety attack is throw up. What helps me which I learned from my counselor is to take deep breaths almost imagine your filling you lungs like a balloon, I also feel a lot better if I lay my head on my finances chest and focus on his heart beat, I'm not sure why but it soothes me I guess. Hope that is helpful but every one is different and has different ways of coping.

I have a weird way with coping. I have my boyfriend tell me stories because he makes me laugh so much and it really gets my mind off of things. Try to find someone funny 😊 it's helped me a lot.

I've suffered from anxiety problems for YEARS.. and it's pretty extreme. But I stopped medication when I got pregnant because they aren't completely safe and it gave me anxiety just risking it haha. But I just try to cope naturally. When I'm having an attack I just look around the room and name off objects and describe their shape and color in my head. It may sound silly but it helps me focus on what's actually real around me so my mind isn't racing about things that aren't and it helps my heart show down a bit. I keep having to tell myself what I'm feeling isn't real and it's going to pass. Just take deep breaths and try to focus on something else as much as you can!!
