Light on your feet after baby comes?

Do you lose so much weight with birth that you feel lightweight afterwards?  
If so, that would be a fun sensation to look forward to... 😄🎈

Good question! It sure is tiring carrying around the extra weight but our bodies are remarkably adaptable

I did not gain much so I did not feel like that but it was weird that my belly was now empty. That was the weirdest sensation.

I hate to tell ya but, immediately after I gave birth to my first, I actually was not much lighter weight wise. At all really... I don't know how or why it happens that way. You'd think you'd be minus whatever you just pushed out but I guess with excess fluid in the body it balances out. I was probably only 1 lb less the day after delivery. 😞
