What's happening? Tmi

Hey!! Sorry no tmi pics but things that might disturb sensitive ladies who grosses out about it. I'm 12 days late on my period. Today is cycle day 44 (my usual cycle is 32 days and always regular). pregnancy tests all negative, wanted to drink a Glass of wine, drunk one sip and regreted that (nausea etc.) I have appoitment this friday. Today (tmi) i noticed white (yellowish) discharge from my nipple,only from the right. This cycle I was in hospital (after ovulation) was on antibiotics and had midcycle bleeding. Anyone had nipple discharge from antibiotics? No symptoms that lead to pregnancy, cervix low and firm, closed, discharge white creamy medium amount, slight nause (possible from antibiotics).. What do you guys say, please don't ignore 😕
