PLEASE someone share experience with PUPPS

In the last week or 2 my stretch marks have gone from barely noticeable, to completely red and inflamed covered in red bumps from PUPPS. I am so heart broken over this. Its really hard for me to look in the mirror anymore or take pictures of myself, and that really makes me sad because I want to have memories to look back on and remember this time. Can someone please share their experience with pupps? Were your stretch marks still able to fade? Did the redness go away? Please give me some insight or some hope that this isnt forever.
