bipolar/support groups
Finally on the road to being diagnosed with bipolar and being able to get help at long last...
only 18, so I'm really young though.
Has anyone been to any support groups of any kind? What are they like? I'm really scared.
I got told I'm bipolar but I haven't been officially diagnosed yet.
I got told many of the people will be a lot older than me & im so nervous 😩 just glad in a sense that I'm finally getting help!
