Dilated some. What could help?

Went to the dr yesterday. I am 13 days away from my due date. He said I am dilated 2-3 and softening. Also said the baby's head is right there. Anything I can do to help dilate more?

Lots and lots of walking. And bouncing on a birthig ball, sway your pelvis and also get on all fours and sway. Have plenty of baths :)

Lots of sex and nipple stimulation are the only proven ways! I had sex 4 time son one week and effaced from a 30 to a 60! So I highly reccomend it. Also my doc said effacement is more important than dilation in regards to when baby will come!

Try ginger tea. My mom gave me some and I went from 0cm to 2cm real quick. Could have been a coincidence but maybe it will work. Just boil some ginger root in water then put it in a cup with sugar and drink it. Might be a tiny bit spicy but it worked for me 😊
