please calm me down

About a week and a half ago i did stuff with my bf, and we didnt have sex but he was in me for like 2 seconds, there wasnt even a thrust because we realized it would be dumb to have sex without a condom. So we stopped. He never came theoughtout thw whole time and i know pre cum exists but he said he was dry. After two days i hd cramps and like dogestional issues, and now im just constipated and i also had a lot of watery discharge that turned into boogery discharge and now its like white creamy discharge that drys crusty. I couldnt be pregnant right? Im 16 and im just so worried cause i search stuff online and its like early pregnancy and stuff.. so yeah im scared :(
