Has anyone gotten pregnant with the Mirena IUD and if so what were the signs? I have had my IUD in for over a year and have never had complications with it until now. I started spotting which looked like implantation bleeding a week before my period would have started and I have major cramping on the left side of my abdomin near my ovaries. Any clue as to what it could be??
