Would you blame your SO if he tried to look for someone else because you're emotionally unavailable and you treat him like shit?

Yes ... if he feels like that and it's irreconcilable then he's free to leave and then meet someone else ... not line em up waiting

If someone treats you badly and you want someone else then it's your responsibility to leave the current partner first before looking for someone new.

Depends.  It's still cheating even if you treat your partner like crap, if he were to make it physical.  But I could probably understand him talking to someone else if he felt he was being neglected, made to feel worthless etc. because I would do the same (not intentionally).  More so, I'd be talking to someone and if they made me feel good about myself, worthy and wanted them yes I'd probably keep going back to that person because those qualities were missing in my own relationship. If any of that makes sense 😕
