I recently saw a post with a rape survivor being upset and protesting that her rapist got to graduate with her. Personally, I agree with her! Why is he not in jail? These college students get away with too much! NO MEANS NO

Do they? I guarantee it if nothing is done and the school mishandles it. They end up looking like a regular student and graduating in the end.

Should they? NO, but the handling of rape cases is piss poor let alone proper reporting.

Rapists should be in jail NOT graduating on time. However, if he goes to jail, serves his time, and gets out, I fully believe he should be able to go back to school and try again
