Morning sickness and Dizziness remedies??

Question

I'm 5 weeks and 2days today have terrible nausea and dizziness all day long. Thankfully have yet to vomit but I'm so weary to eat anything and driving is hard to just focus.

Any remedies besides ginger?! 😰

Cold water with lemon helped me through three pregnancies. I am currently 4 weeks and 4  days along with my fourth and wondering when nausea will kick in with this one. I've been drinking water with lemon just in case 😒

I use ginger essential oil or peppermint from Doterra. It works so well!

Tried ginger tea from scratch and crackers that stayed in for less than an hour and decided to make a guest appearance in my shower. Haven't been able to eat much the past two days and it's only just beginning.

I know it sounds crazy when you feel naseous but drinking lots of water and trying to eat a little something (like crackers) very often actually helps. 
Peppermint essential oil, Preggie Pop drops helped me as well
