Has anyone started the Makena or P17 progesterone injections and stopped after the first one? I had my first today and was perfectly fine before hand and then about an hour or so I had the most horrible cramps and vaginal pressure and pain that I'm still dealing with and cried uncontrollably over nothing for a straight hour. What worries me is that I have been fine this whole pregnancy up until this shot and now I'm so crampy and feel pressure. I called the doctor on call but she kinda blew it off and asked if I felt like I needed to go to the hospital... like if I knew that I would be my own doctor! So I've been taking it easy and waiting to see how I feel. She told me that if I did go to labor and delivery they wouldn't do much for me, which meant to me not to go in right now especially since my insurance isn't active until July 1st and I'm not bleeding. Anyways, so I would just like to have any opinions on people who stopped the shots due to bad interactions, please share your stories! Thanks!!!
