My fiancé never had acne or headaches. I haven't had acne since I was a teenager and never have I ever had headaches. As soon as I got pregnant my chest, shoulders and face broke out badly in acne. So did my fiancés face  and chest. In my second trimester I started with the headaches. Now he's having headaches. Is this coincidental or is this a thing that actually happens?
