Last night, I woke up several times with this deep ache in the middle of my butt cheek on both my left & right sides. The only thing that seemed to help at all was sleeping on my back. I had hoped it was a one time thing, but it started again tonight as soon as I laid down. I don't know what is causing the pain, but I'm only 8 weeks+6 now and I'm hoping that I won't have to deal with it for the rest of my pregnancy. Suggestions of what it is or how to ease/ fix the pain are greatly appreciated.
