When did you give your kid a pillow?

Those who have older kids, when did you give your baby a pillow? Random I know I was just thinking about it tonight and I was curious what age they start to use them.

I might get a lot of flack for this but we just gave our daughter one. Her reflux is so bad and it's not being managed by her medicine (we're maxed out on dosage and insurance is refusing to pay for Prilosec because of the cost). It's a full size pillow and she sleeps on her belly with most of her upper body on it. She's crawling, standing and taking steps. I'm comfortable with it.  And she's obviously comfortable with it. It's the only way we can get a little sleep. Even then it's only a few hours at a time.

We've been doing one since about 5 months for reflux but I cut a hole in it and took a lot of filling out, then I tucked it in an oversized thin blanket that goes under th matress. For my other babies we started at about 18 months.

Gave him a baby pillow with a dent in the middle around 3 months because he would always lean to one side and his head was getting flat. But when he started to roll over, I took it out of his crib.

Around 2 years but it's a very small flat toddler pillow.

I gave my son a very flat, old pillow at about 6-7 months.

Not until they move into a toddler bed around 2.5-3 years or so. Before that their little necks would be uncomfortable with the incline of even a small pillow.
