Losing part or even all your plug means nothing. In the absence of contractions and without bloody show it's no indication of imminent labor

I spoke to my doula and midwife about this, losing the plug means "something" is happening.. but it doesn't necessarily mean it's gonna be right now, some women lose it two weeks before they go into labor, some lose it while they're in labor... it's just what happens. I think it occurs when the cervix is dilating.

Hopefully it means you'll go into labor VERY soon! Lol. I haven't even lost mine yet. Starting to feel like I'll never go into labor!

I saw "now" because I see girls lose theirs at 37 weeks and don't go into labor... But I'm already past my due date so maybe!? *fingers crossed*
