Getting in Shape
I started exercising a little while ago and I feel great! I feel well-rested and happy all the time. I'm wondering why I didn't start exercising a long time ago... I've lost 7 pounds so far and can see slight changes in my body already. My stomach started flattening out a little bit and I'm super excited about it. Please share some tips and progress photos below 😊
