My son is 16 months and just about every bath ends with loud crying and tears when we rinse the shampoo off his head. He gets really scared when he feels the water on his head and stands up in the bath so I always need my husband there to help hold him so he won't slip and fall. Even before we start shampooing, he won't sit still. He has toy ducks, cups, and a boat but he's more interested in playing with the bath spout. We tried the rinser that looks like a visor and it worked for maybe 5 baths but now he hates it and pushes it away. The other shield that velcros around his head was never a success and we couldn't get him to try it. Any tips for making bath time easier?
