Sooo. I spent the night at my grandma's because my cousin is there(she is adopting him) and well. I have a problem with self harm was 7 months clean but last night. I relapsed. And idk how to tell my boyfriend. I feel like he will react how my ex always did. Even though he is sweeter and more caring. And I texted him but he wont be able to reply until after 10 pm tonight. And I am freaking out.
