Don't Want to be with his dad? He screams until I hold him again . It's very upsetting for my fiancé he doesn't seem to scream like that with other people . As soon as I hold him it stops straight away

Are you his primary caregiver? Some children prefer one parent throughout their growth. This is normal. I can see why he'd be hurt/upset by this. I would tell him not to take it personally and to just spend time with the baby and it will get better with time. My children always preferred me to their father and my oldest is just starting to want to spend time with daddy.

I'm my sons primary caregiver, he's with me a whole lot more than he's with my husband so naturally he will go to me over him. And when he was younger he would cry for me. It's just a natural thing. Try letting dad take care of baby solo more often and baby will come around

My daughter was like that with her dad  & my husband used to cry cuz that made him sooo sad but now she is 4 yrs & it's crazy about her dad.

Does he 🚬 or drink? Those can be very off putting.
Does he become stressed and tense while holding baby? Babies sense this and respond accordingly.
Has he tried walking around with baby? Going for a walk? Bathing baby if baby enjoys a bath?
Has he tried putting a shirt you've worn over his shoulder and cuddling with baby that way baby smells you?

Maybe he works a lot and got around the child more perhaps. I have seen babies get fussy with someone they don't see too often. Could be that and not him, himself.

May I carefully say this to you and pray on it if you believe. Children are pure in heart and when they come into contact with a person that has some type of nature that is not good, they sense it and know it. I'm speaking from experience.
