What birth control do you ladies use? or recommend? or all protection are the same?

They're definitely not all the same. Everyone reacts to the different birth controls differently, Nexplanon (the implant) was a nightmare for me. Pills were fine

Nexplanon and condoms. I have irregular bleeding but I find it very worth it

I use to be on the shot n hated for a few years, I gained so much wait but I never had a scare nor had a period. I'm now on mirena n it's been okay just a heavier flow than usual
