12 dpo

I'm 12 dpo and today when I wiped I had cm it was a little but it had a little bit of a light light yellow maybe lil green. I've been cramping for 3/4 days already with sore boobs. What could this be it was only there two times when I wiped and its not a lot? I've never had this before.
