Hemorrhoids while almost 6 months, help?????

What can Dr's do to remove hemorrhoids? Is there a removal process they can do? These are external ones....

Nothing is helping mine. They're terrible. My doctor gave me a prescription for a medication called analpram which he told me works really well. Unfortunately my insurance doesn't pay for it so I'm stuck with prep H which does nothing for me 😞

The removal is in a pretty "worst case scenario".

I got them with my first, and now with my second, they are hell.

Get some witch hazel (keep it in your fridge) and soak a tampon (yes) and put it ON your bottom, between the cheeks. It helps to shrink them up. Tampons work great because they hold the liquid and stay put better than a cotton ball. You can buy Tucks pads, but I find them to be a little too thin and not work as well as my tampon method 🤣
Get the suppositories. They help heal from the inside and they seriously aren't bad. 
Get a good ointment/cream (like a preparation H) to keep them protected and use it before AND after any time you try or have a  bowel movement.
