Uhm no. Impossible to do when you have a small baby to care for (6 months old when I found out)

I gave up both tea and coffee until my second trimester. Now I rarely drink either and only about a cup or so.

I never drank it but I gave up my coke straight away which turned into my first craving 😩 but when I read your allowed 200mg of caffeine a day I started having my one can a day again

I switched to decaf, that way I still get my caffeine but it's under the 200mg a day you're allowed to have!
At the beginning of my third trimester I had to give it up because it started making my heart pound.
Just listen to your body! 😊
