Doing something for myself
Today is the day I start my health journey. After being diagnosed with an eating disorder I finally found a health routine for me. I started not eating dairy and less and less meat. I started doing yoga and walking everywhere. I noticed changes in my body I've never noticed before, but all that fell short when I relapsed with a binging episode. My body has gotten worse and worse. I'm no longer in denial about my eating disorder and want to start my second journey of recovery. I've opened up to thoes in my life about it as well. I got rid of clothes that I used to wear to hide my body. Now I eat more protein and do more activities. I am finally starting to accept who I am and not focus on the number or how many calories I'm allowed to eat everyday. I know that it will be tough but I'm willing to take that challenge
