I'm super excited. We got a 45 day notice from our current landlord, and have been having such a hard time finding a house. Either we have way too many dogs (we have two our house mate has two) or there are breed restrictions. I've even had people tell me we had the house, stopped looking and be informed a few days later, when we were supposed to meet to fill out lease and pay deposits, that we didnt have the place because too many dogs. 😡 Lets just say, we FINALLY have a place! We've paid half the deposit now, and the other half will be paid on the first. And I'm actually really excited to mive into this place! Its got a nice fenced in yard that actually has grass, so I can finally start goung back outside to work out, not having to worry about these sonsabitches sand spurs (if you've never encountered them, be glad! They are a pain in the ass, they get all over the place and are a bitch to step,on at 3 in the morning. And they like to break off into your feet). I also donr have to,worry about my son being outside while im working out and running off into traffic. So I'm absolutely stoked about it. Its $900 a month with ALL utilities included! So it's like a perfect bargain. Just as things were looking down yesterday, things started looking up.
