Trying new recipes allows you to be an adventerous you! Maybe more importantly, it allows you to have a more well-balanced diet. Don't forget, it takes 20-30 times to try a new food before you develop a taste for it, so if kale isn't your thing at first, keep trying. You may find it's your new favorite food...or juice.
