Lavender, Digize, Peppermint, Rosemary, and Marjoram is a great combination for my menatrual cramps. 
And when you want to sleep it off, put Gentle Baby and Lavender in a diffuser or rub the behind your ears, neck, and wrists. It might help you fall asleep quicker! 😊

LAVENDER! It helped me soooooo much! Mix that with a little bit of jojoba oil and rub it over your stomach. That and the lavender scent help me all the time.

Lavender, cinnamon, marjoram, clary sage, geranium, rose, ylang ylang, rose, and many more. Mix with a carrier oil such as almond oil or coconut oil. Message it to your lower abdomen. Never drink essential oils (not saying you will). Good luck!
