How many dpo before bfp

Just wondering how any dpo you all were before you got your bfp? I had a positive opk CD 20 and am currently CD 36. I took a test for the first time this morning and got a bfn. My cycles usually last anywhere from 30 to 40 days but have been averaging 3ţthe last few cycles. Just looking for encouragement that a bfp could still be coming my way!
