bleaching your hair while pregnant?

Question

I've been blonde for a year now and I would hate to go back to dark hair and letting it grow out. I wanted to get my root touch up later on just before my gender reveal but I've heard that it's okay from others and then I've also heard that it's a big no. 
Your opinion? 
I'm around 14 weeks if that helps.

As a hairstylist who worked through my entire first pregnancy around lighteners and colours etc, it's totally fine. All salons have strict rules they should follow about proper ventilation. Just know that pregnancy hormones can mess with your hair a bit, so make sure you let your hairstylist know about your pregnancy so they can keep a close eye on it or make any necessary changes 🙂

I bleached mine like 4 times from brown to platinum before I even knew I was pregnant and my baby is fine thankfully. I'd say it'd be ok

In a well ventilatedv area you can get your roots done luv....be aware that pregnancy hormones can affect how your hair responds to the bleach though.

Yes it's fine! Just make sure you are in a ventilated area which any salon should be and ask to get up and walk around if you need to. I'm a blonde as well and got an all over foil done at like 22 weeks. For me that's an easy 4hour salon appointment.
