Things I've learned about being pregnant FTM. FTM's and experienced moms comment your thoughts pls :)
I was completely drained barely making it through the day. I didn't find out I was pregnant until my husband diagnosed me at lunch while we got our food served and I had no strength to lift my arms to put them on the table 😅 I was on my 4th week of pregnancy and I'm a workaholic. Even though we were planning this pregnancy for a few months, I was only taking my prenatal, eating healthy as always but, doing a lot of physical work remodeling an old home and handling a tremendous amount of stress dealing with my husband's evil sister. While the first trimester was really hard on me, the second trimester it's been a lot better! It is important to eat healthy foods, no grease or fats or little of that, low low brown natural sugars only, avoid processed foods and fast foods like Mickey d's. Cravings will come but it's important to not obsess just be aware of not overloading your body with extra weight to avoid having too big of a baby and a c SECTION. A prenatal prescribed by the obgyn with dha and 2 tables of calcium a day is a MUST! My teeth were becoming transparent as I don't do too much dairy but gotta watch out for those body changes before they become an issue. I try to work out 3-4 times a week even when I'm tired, it's good for the body and mind. Do sets of excercises split them in 15 and take a 5 min break between sets. WATER : not just any water but purified filtered water not out of the faucet (lead is found in res n com water) buy a brota filter pitcher thingy and fill out constantly. So important to drink 10 glasses of water during the day so you can sleep at night don't wake up to pee as much or thirsty. Also, Spend more time being positive and calmed is also crucial. Having good people around you n none of those evil psychos around is good too! Lol. I also recommend snacking on fresh fruits to avoid hemorroids n constipation. Breathing excersices and keagels it's a must. I read an article that links anxiety to hunger specially during pregnancy. Watch out for that cuz stress can make anxiety and panic attacks or hyperventilation. I would kind of feel weird when I was hungry. Not anxious but worried is like my body was in distress. So I would whip out some instant breakfast powder while I had time to cook something. If you handle a lot of stress and start noticing anxiety, fears or hyperventilate then you know your body is telling you, I need more things that r positive and good! Some remedy this with Zoloft but that's just covering the issue and treating the symptom not really solving the problem, mastering your mind is key because in life you will go through some tough stuff and you can't just rely on a pill to fix it all. Granted there are people who do need medication for different reasons. I'm not here to judge I just don't like taking pills... lol. So if u r like me you'll prefer to figure something out before having to remember to take a pill or two every day for the rest of your life. Again, not judging. I'm just hard headed like that when it comes to conquierin what I can't. That's just me tho. Do Keep active and positive it's very important as you nourish a little angel sent from above inside you 💕
