labor?

Does this sound like labor to y'all? I woke up this morning around 4 to go the restroom, I went to go wipe, and has some light spotting! Ever since then I've been cramping on and off, having hot flashes, I even took a nap and kept waking up because of the cramping, it doesn't hurt that bad, just feels like a period cramp, and also keep losing little bits of my mucus plug, I don't know if to make it a big deal or not? I have an appointment very early tomorrow.
