Husband made threat that made me uncomfortable...
Hi guys! I wanted to share a story with you that happened to me earlier today involving my husband.
I'm 29 and my husband is 37. We have been married 2 years in August.
My husband is the breadwinner. He's a software engineer at a major company and totally supports me finically.
I'm a student in nursing school-I started college late in life. I do pay for that myself and it takes up all my time.
Anyway we've had this agreement that since he pays for everything I need to do the "chores"- dishes, make the bed, etc.
I haven't been doing them because I have been so busy with school.
Today my husband told me if he comes home to a messy house one more time I'm going to feel his belt across my ass. He told me I'm so lazy and he's been contemplating beating my ass for awhile.
That comment genuinely scared and hurt me. I don't know what to do? Do I talk to him? Do I leave him? Any advice will do.
